Actors Tom Burke and Eve Hewson are coming in combination for filmmaker Lenny Abrahamson’s upcoming movie for Component Photos. The movie is but to be named.
A poignant snapshot of Jewish neighborhood in Nineteen Seventies Dublin, the movie centres on Davey, a 12-year-old boy (to be performed by way of newcomer Sean Meagher) stuck between the innocence of formative years and the anxieties of juvenile. As he matures, he will have to reconcile his personal evolution with the fracturing steadiness of his folks’ courting.
Abrahamson, recognized for steering “Room” and “Standard Folks”, reunites with long-term collaborators Component Photos, for the movie the capturing of which is ready to begin in Dublin from March 2.
The movie is being produced by way of Ed Guiney and Andrew Lowe of Component (a Fremantle corporate), Catherine Magee and Abrahamson.
